AP makes inroads into 3 major cities’ property markets Reveals plans to build ‘APITOWN’ brand

Offers master plan for the best living

(3 Oct 2020) – AP Thailand is moving forward on a solid footing after racking up success from sales of its ever-growing low-rise portfolio, the year’s superstar.  The firm is ready to move on with a master plan for today’s best quality of living as it is set to make inroads into 3 major cities’ property markets through a new brand called ‘APITOWN’ under which it looks to feature mixed product development.  The strength of the new brand lies in AP integrating technology into the design of more space functions. The result is a home that understands life like hybrid living – one which offers a superior living experience with higher level of comfort, new dimension of security and community living, together with a quality management team to ensure the highest level of standards.  The idea will be piloted in 3 major cities, namely Khon Kaen, Rayong and Nakhon Si Thammarat.  The total investment is Bht 2,450 million for the new brand of residential properties to be offered at a price ranging from Bht 1.7 – 8 million.  The presales for all the projects are scheduled for 21 - 22 November.
