‘AP Thailand’ announces success of premium townhomes under ‘Pleno’
Bangkok (4 November 2019) – AP (Thailand), the leader in the development of residential properties for urbanites, continues to lead in the urban middle-to-high end segment of the townhome market. The firm has an emphatic success with townhomes under the brand Pleno. In the first ten months, the townhome brand posted Bht 5,800 million of presales, an growth of 30% on the same period of last year. The feedback is overwhelming, allowing the company to announce the project a ‘sold out’ after closing the first phase of presale in two days.
