Bangkok (19 Jan 2021) – AP is all smiles at its achievement after SMART, an AP company - the leader in the property management industry, was granted ISO 41001:2018 certification. It testifies to the company’s new standard of property management. The company is the first of Thailand’s property management industry to reach the level of standard. The certification is also a testament to AP being No. 1 in full-service professional management of residential property projects as it is committed to empower living to fulfill every life purpose with valuable and meaningful product and service innovations for over 77,000 families who trust in AP’s services and live in more than 270 single detached home, duplex, townhome and condominium projects.
